Right now I’m getting really frustrated at the noobs playing the TU beta playlist. I don’t want to be insulting or anything but this has been bugging me the entire week. This title update was made for us, the competetive gamers, who have been loyal to the franchise for years. We now finally have a gametype with zero bloom, something we’e been begging for since the beta. But even though there are like 20 casual playlists in this game, the noobs just have to pick our only playlist and ruin it.
I’m sick of 85% bloom.
I’m sick of armor lock.
I’m sick of jet pack.
I’m sick of invisibility.
I’m sick of asymmetrical maps.
Noobs, you have your living dead, you have your grifball, you have your action sack, you have your default Reach. You even have other games like Call of Duty. This playlist is ALL we’ve got, so please go back where you belong.
In ways i agree with this, but not to the extent of talking down upon others. I am frustrated with it when people will vote for AR starts or other stupid games, and the ones who will came around corners with shottys/swords/etc. but not much we can really do.
This is exactly why there shouldn’t be any AR starts in the beta playlist and why ZBS should have it’s own playlist. I’m so sick of wanting to play ZBS and only getting objective games or AR starts 9/10 times.
I don’t get to play the TU beta for some reason, because apparently it thinks its funny to kick me out of games before they start and then give me a quit ban. But i can imagine people not voting for actual fun gametypes in reach, so yea.

85% is good.

Heaven forbid that casual players want to play in a playlist they like! Besides, if they were n00bs, why are you complaining? Not like they are destroying you…are they?

While I agree that 85% bloom is a waste of time and 0% bloom is the way to go, it’s not cool to talk down to others. You stated “I don’t want to be insulting” but you didn’t even try not to be insulting. Type to others how you would like to be typed to and we’re all square here.
Looked at your stats, laughed a little bit, then realized you’re being serious!
Zero bloom is horribly broken, anyone who claims otherwise just doesn’t know what they’re talking about. The Pistol becomes the only good weapon besides power weapons (Annihilates DMR and Assault Rifle). They didn’t alter any movement speeds, so kill times become far too quick.
85% Bloom makes the kill times faster, but still has the same inconsistencies as full bloom. Also renders all automatic weapons completely worthless, instead of just worthless.
This TU Beta sucks, plain and simple. It addresses SOME issues, like no bloom, but doesn’t address the issues that zero bloom would bring. I brought this up months upon months ago, but I guess 343i’s developers must have missed it somehow…
But ok, keep claiming 0 bloom works… horribly imbalanced guns and movement speeds and all!

The fact that you call them noobs whenever you do not even know that Halo plays better with asymmetrical maps is kind of funny.
To MattKohl101: They really just need to take the pistol out of the Zero Bloom gametypes, or make it a power weapon, in order to make it work correctly. Zero bloom is leagues better than any bloom setting I have gotten to play so far as long as the pistol isn’t in abundance.
It sounds like your complaint is that people don’t think exactly like you want them to. Sure there are things in the game we would all like improved but just because someone wants a different map or gametype then you does not mean they are trash.
I have came to the conclusion of just not playing the TU beta while I love zero bloom and only play that I just do customs with friends due to 85 percent supporters and the ar starts if it wasn’t for that I would love the playlist but still don’t go on a rant just play customs altho I really do hate when none of my friends are on and I have to play Reach or 85 percent playlist or the everyone starts out with a pistol zero bloom so instead I play gears lol
