Dear Halowaypoint-community,
Recently the Voices of War REQpack became available at the german Xbox store. So i bought it and tried it out. The problem is that when i choose one of the new announcer and start playing there is just no announcer sound at all. I thought maybe there isn’t a german translation yet or sth. other went wrong. However I didn’t mind it and just turned my console language to english. Now everything is working just not on german.
However a couple minutes ago I got an e-mail from Microsoft that i got a refund on my request. I didn’t request a refund.
So my actual question is: Did everyone get a refund or should i just change my password?
And if everyone got this refund then why they say it was on my request?
And notice this is only about the german version of the pack I don’t know about other countries.
