Generating Lighting on Tidal

I have been encountering this frequently in my recent build on the new canvas. The Generating Lighting and loading into a map takes way to long (as well as system crashing etc.) where I am encountering a paused screen. My Recent generating lighting took 15 - 20 minutes roughly to generate lighting.

It’s a known issue OP.

It seems like it the frozen “generating lighting” screen gets longer as you add items to the map. I just turned off baking for most objects and the budget went from 56% to 33% and it didn’t reduce the frozen time. After a while it loads the map normally.

Same thing happens in Custom Games. It appears to freeze on the loading screen (white circle in bottom left corner) for however long it takes to bake lighting, and then loads normally. I can confirm that it does take longer when more objects are added. I have about 450 objects placed (including walls, decals, etc.) and the light bake times sit around 5-10 minutes.

Mine doesn’t even generate anymore it just crashes the game
