General views of Halo 5?

I’m curious as to what everybody thinks of the new Halo?

Campaign: I loved the campaign the only things I could say against it were the two short “missions” where all you do is talk to Halsey then the Arbiter and then get a quick cuts scene. Those could have easily been added on to the other missions that surrounded them. Overall I feel kinda sad for what happened to Cortana and can’t wait for Halo 6.

Who are you’re guys’ favorite characters? For me they’re: Buck, John-117, and Lasky.

Multiplayer: As it stands right now the multiplayer is, to me, lacking, only having 6 different game types at launch is a big no-no 343 (I’m going to just call them Bungie cause lets be honest, nobody from the original Bungie is really in the current “Bungie” company).

General Gameplay: As for general gameplay; it is one of the best Halo’s I have played in a long time.

Anything else [This can be just general stuff or specific thoughts]:

  • Warzone: Come on Bungie, what the hell? I have played it for a few hours and was really disappointed. For starters you have NO health [What is the problem with Call of Duty Multiplayer? Whoever shoots first wins in a firefight. What’s wrong with Warzone gametype? The same exact thing.]. Secondly; there are almost no A.I. enemies, we get them in the first wave but not really anytime else. - Forge: Come on Bungie, we know Forge is already ready, just give it to us already. - And just in general; where is BTB and an Infection gametype? What the hell? All you really have is 5 slayer gametypes and Warzone.Other than my few gripes I LOVE Halo 5. What do you guys think about it?

I haven’t gotten too far into the game as of yet but so far I love it.
My biggest disappointment about the game is that you can’t play co-op or online split screen. Growing up I have always played the campaign with someone. It really sucks that I can’t play with my wife or friends. It’s not the same partying up with them online which in my town is guaranteed to be laggy because of our awesome slow internet. I don’t see why they couldn’t just sacrifice some graphics for those of us who love playing the game with someone beside us. Make it 60fps for single player but come on. People don’t play games because of graphics, that is just an added bonus. The lack of online game types is also disappointing. Rant done. I still like the game, but it could have been so much better
