Is there a cut off for when a thread is considered ‘too old’ to respond to?
Just wanna make sure I’m aware.
Thanks.

I think they say about two weeks usually when asked.

Wow, ok that’s WAY shorter than I anticipated.
Interested to hear more responses.

Just don’t quote me on it. I think a monitor might of said two weeks as a general rule but I am not sure myself. I just know on other forums after two weeks to a month of inactivity threads would auto lock.
I think it’s 3-4 months.
It probably would have been better to directly message a forum Monitor than get ballpark estimates from the community, lol.

Understandable - but each moderator may have their own opinion, and I’m hoping to hear from as many as possible.
It can vary from thread to thread, regarding content, engagment, whether the info is out of date, how valuable the thread is, etc. Four-five months is a good benchmark. Though that can be moved up or down at our discretion.

Awesome - thanks for the heads up and the general benchmark. I’ll keep it in mind. =)
