First let me iterate that I do enjoy this game, and that this “soft reboot” has been a sigh of relief. Gameplay is smooth when the servers aren’t desynchronized and lagging. So here’s my suggestions-

  1. Prioritize server maintenance, finding the causes for desync, lag, and latency. Fixing this isn’t a one time fix it might be an ongoing thing.

  2. I understand that as a company you need to make money but please try to take a step back and look at things from a consumers point of view and understand that if we either got more for our buck, or the prices were reduced we’d probably be willing to buy more.

  3. It would be nice to understand the teams plan going forward. What’s coming up next, what’s planned for the next season or two, what the team is prioritizing stuff like that.

  4. Expand the sandbox, add more weapons, vehicles, and maps while tweaking the existing ones. I feel like things like the ghost getting stuck on a pebble, the banshee bomb not one shot killing anymore, and the wraith’s mortar arch could be fixed or tweaked Abit.

  5. We don’t need this right away but I think it would be interesting to say the least. Bring back playable Elites, invasion, firefight, and more gamemodes that play off the human vs elite, and human elite alliance. Introducing new gamemodes and stuff around this would be amazing.

  6. If you got this far thank you for doing your best to keep this community and halo alive I understand that it is challenging taking up a game after it’s original creators left. But I hope that whoever is reading this from 343i understands that I and several others appreciate your time, work, and support. Good luck continuing the Halo story.

  1. I also think cheaters should be put into lobbies of other cheaters let them play the game but at the same time understand the consequences of said cheating.

  2. Campaign DLC, and our Spartans story. I would love to continue the Halo infinite campaign with dlc and once in awhile expanding our Spartans story, you left us with alot of questions you don’t need to answer them all but it would be nice to answer some with these expansions if possible! Plus it could revive some hype for the game once in awhile.
