General Additions and Expectations: Community

Hello Halo Fans! It seems that this is the year Halo: Xbox One(Halo 5) is to come out. So I believe it best to compose a list SIMPLE(not to hard to put in) components that the majority of the community. Lets start off with widely agreed subjects:
BALANCED WEAPONS
*One of the biggest sources of hate for Halo 4 was that certain weapons out-performed others outside their niche. Such an example is the Day-1 DMR. ALL weapons should be competitive against each other, and fill a certain gameplay mechanic. It is widely agreed that this should be implemented on Day-1, but should be easily altered by the company if need be.
BALANCED ENEMIES
*This is a personal peeve of mine, but many others have also criticized this subject. Enemies should have restrictions along with their dynamic scripting. Example: During the events of Halo 2 and 3, Mjolnir VI armor had the same Energy Shield capabilities as the standard Elite Combat Harness. In Halo 4, after approximately 4 years of Sangheili civil wars and losing their main sources of technology, the Elites managed to have Stronger energy shields than both Master Chief and the Infinity’s Spartans. It doesn’t add up! Also, we have all come across that teleport-happy Promethean, or the Infinite Watcher spawner. It gets annoying really fast.
Personal:Visible Health Bar
*This serves both a canonical and practical purpose. Canonically, it makes sense that a soldier shoud know his/her vital signs at all time, even if they regenerate all their health back. For gameplay, it helps players be a little more cautious, and prevents them from complaining when they die the moment their shields drop.
