Gek could be the next General Grievous.

Think about it. They’re already alike in that they collect “trophies” from their victims. Grievous takes the lightsabers of fallen Jedi, and Gek steals the dog tags of defeated Spartans.

So what if Gek gets revived by Forerunner tech, just as the general was brought from the brink of death with cybernetics? And Gek gets four robotic arms, each with an energy sword in hand, and he’s all like “swish, swoosh, stab,” and his enemies are all like “oh no, you killed me!” And he gets super badass and can take on like five Spartans at once. No, scratch that, TWENTY!

But that’s not enough for Gek. He wants to keep improving himself with cybernetics, to the point where he becomes barely recognizable as a living being. He has a whole cyborg-Elite army, and the whole galaxy, including the Flood, must band together to stop this new threat…

or Gek could stay dead. Either way works.

Grievous didn’t die, as you said, he was close, but he was not past the point of no return. That is a pretty big difference between the fate of Gek and Grievous. Forerunner technology has limits, it doesn’t revive the dead.

The fixation of reviving dead characters just boggles my mind.

Cobra…this was clearly a joke. My little cousin came up with this idea and I just had to see what the Waypoint community had to say. I found it hilarious that he came up with that parallel.

I voted for the funniest option, just because it was funny and I think the idea is weird.

As for the similarities, they should simply end where they ended.

> I just had to see what the Waypoint community had to say.

Wish granted.

Well what’s his face from escalation already has a robotic arm. If some unfortunate accidents were to happen to him he could fill that role.

This part actually gave the joke away, but everything before that sounded like you were serious, haha!

He’s more like Count Dooku/Darth Tyrannus actually…

Why do you hate fun?

…and the Master Chief could be Jar Jar Motheryoinking Binks!
What a well thought out and interesting piece of speculation.

9001 stars out of 5!

Also…are you high? lol.

Haha, no. My little cousin came up with this and I wanted to see how everyone reacted.

Well… there was Vata 'Gajat.

I think the question/option “Junky are you high?” is a little unrepresentative when it appears to be more of a statement of fact.

I agree 100%
This is not an opinion, but a fact.
Please adjust your opinions because they are invalid.

Says no-one ever.

Well with that said he is also like Darth Maul or Vader, being the right hand man and all.

I won’t confirm or deny that I was high when I posted this…

Confirmed.

So banned.

Also, didn’t Gek’s body get incinerated along with the rest of Shield World 0001 [Requiem]?

Amazing how such an obvious joke went right over yours and Cobra’s heads.
