Gears of War Halo Wars?

The rumor on the Interwebs is that MS will unveil a Gears of War RTS, similar to Halo Wars.

I have no idea if it’s true, but I wonder, would you play it? I’d worry it would lower the pop count for Halo Wars 2, personally. I’d rather just have HW3 (though I recognize that may never happen.)
