Why cant i get way poimt halo reach gear
You have to have the Halo Waypoint app on the Xbox 360 and you have to reach certain milestones in order to unlock them

No worries OP, none of the armor pieces - even these exclusive ones that you need to go to extra effort to unlock - have any impact upon the game whatsoever. Each armor variant is equally useless.
