It appears that backing out in the pre game lobby does not give you a dnf. Thus allowing players to back out continuously until they reach lower ranked players or until they pull host.
Once it shows the players and map in the lobby you can’t back out.
I’ve tested, you can back out, the game will not show up on waypoint on your account nor the accounts of people you have matched.
You mean back out by switching network from Live to local?
Dashboarding or otherwise leaving the lobby.
They should consider fixing that.
For me it doesn’t matter - I’m so bad it would be irrelevant (2.1667 average). But it might well matter a great deal to some players for whom that exploit could mean the difference between 1st and 3rd place.
It will show on the player data so it doesn’t really matter and you are allowed to quit 3 times each week.
Leaving a match after all of the players have been found, even if the match hasn’t started yet, will count as a quit. After your 3 quits in the week have been used, you will be given a score of 0 for the match.
