What do you get for collecting all the intel? I am assuming an achievement, but what does all that intel do within the game?

It just gives some backstory to the game and also the viewpoints of other characters (Grunt, Elite, etc).
Some of it is weird though like an Elite falling in love? Lol
I can’t remember if I got an achievement or anything for it, but it was fun to explore and find all of them

There is two achievements actually, one for the first one you find and then one for when you find them all… But yeah I enjoy finding them and getting more to the story and entertainment.

If I remember right the strange thing isn’t that he is in love. It’s who he is in love with. It was pretty funny

i thought It was weird how they depicted it. It could have also been that I most likely picked them up out of order.
