Anyway, while in my absence, I have had dreams of roaming these boards. I remember reading a topic saying that 343i stated that they will be talking about the skill-rank system at NYCC; was that true? Is there anything on the skill rank system?

they haven’t released any of the stuff that happened there to the public except for a few tid bits here and there…
To my knowledge some things about the rank is under embargo. I actually posted a thread a bit ago from a small tidbit I noticed from the recent BTS about ranks
