For over a year now I’ve been trying to get support for the problems I have with this game. Campaign progress deletes itself, I’m unable to finish the game at all. It also freezes a lot of the time when searching for a match. I get disconnected from games often, at no fault to my internet. I’ve tried contacting the developers, but yes impossible. I’ve tried every social channel. Surely they can’t get away with this, the product doesn’t work, and I’m sure it’s some sort of breach of consumer law, at least here in Australia?

This has been a known issue for some time, but unfortunately seems to be pretty randomized, with the developers even stating that it would require significant research and overhaul for it. It’s also not terribly common - most people can play the game without any problem. I would expect that since the game works for the majority of players, that they would be protected from any sort of lawsuit, but I’m also not a legal expert.
My advice? If you really want to play it, maybe switch up what you’re playing it on. If you’re on console, move to PC. If you’re on PC, move to console. Change up the gamertag you use for it, and the way you play it (physical copy vs digital copy).
If you don’t care that much, then just throw it on the back burner. I expect there will be a shot at a fix soon enough, but since it has been happening for years, it’s hard to say.
