People say to uncheck HD textures for Infinite. Guess what, IT’S NOT CHECKED. Can’t wait to uninstall the game to download multiplayer and then download the campaign again!

In Windows 11 go to settings → Apps → Apps & features. Find Halo Inifnite in the list and click on the three dots and choose Advanced options. Within that menu you’ll see a section called Reset with a button for Repair and another for Reset. Click both and it’ll delete your data and forces the game to reinstall from a cloud save. This fixed the issue for me.

Want if they’re on windows 10? It doesn’t have that (edit: ok it’s in the menu. I was trying the app or getting into folders it was insane. See instructions below)

Unchecking the high-res box allowed me to bypass the error OP had. Rechecking made it reinstall

OP should try that too

In Windows 10, go to Settings, then Apps, then select Halo Infinite. Click ‘Advanced options’ and on the page that loads you should see the Repair and Reset buttons
