Do you listen to music whilst you play? If so, what genre?
Lately I have. Been listening to a lot of industrial music, nine inch nails, The devil makes three and a punk playlist. Been listening to Incubus the past few weeks because I am going to see them in October.
I just listen to the soundtrack within the game. Marty O’Donnell created some of the most iconic music in all of gaming. But even for the games without his input, the music is still pretty dang good. Maybe not as good as his, but still enjoyable to listen to.
I like play with a good heavy metal

Two Steps From Hell (instrumental), it’s just so good to listen to while I’m cutting down enemies.
Alt rock
Tend to listen a mix of Sonic, Doom, Halo music while gaming but do tend to mix it up with 90s music, Michael Jackson, etc…
Plus my remix’s too like 'FalKKonE’ remixes like Monster Hunter, etc…
Can’t go wrong with some 80s rock but a lot of the time, especially in CE, I’ll just listen to the game soundtrack.
I find music to be distracting while playing an fps. For a game like like DOOM, it works, but Halo… not so much, unless of course it’s campaign, in which case I will be listening to the provided soundtrack.
Sometimes I listen to Rock music when I play.

I rarely listen to music while I play, but I will occasionally listen to some classic rock while playing Warzone
Only music I need is Halo music in the background
I usually have a hard time concentrating with other music playing, I’ve tried and I can’t do it lol. So I listen to the game/music in the game

Usually I like listening to Halo music while I play Halo.
I listen to some strange mixes of musical genres, but it all depends on what activity I’m doing and what pace I’m playing at. When playing Arena and Warzone I primarily listen to groups like Starset and Linkin Park; on the other hand, when playing slower activities like the campaign, forge, or minigames I generally listen to things like NF (the rapper), Two Steps from Hell, Audiomachine, and other various modern orchestral composers and groups.
