Gamestop tricked me. I thought I would get the cool camo armor because i preordered, you know from the commercial “Pop son!” but instead I get told that I had to be a special gamestop member to get it WTF!!!
I guess thats what i get for listening to the words and not reading the tiny print. Last time I preorder from them, walmart gets my future money.
You get the Forest Armor, Artic Battle Rifle Skin, Xbox Theme, and Ghost Avatar prop from pre-ordering. The only thing you get from being a powerup member are some emblems. Please note that I think the armor they showed in the video had it’s colors modified to match the artic battle rifle skin, it doesn’t look like that right off the bat.
Go back to the store and demand your bonus, those are available to ALL who preordered the game. Not just powerup rewards members, they get those things and just some extra emblems, but they should’ve given you your codes.
Wow really? I called again today to see if there was a mistake and they said “nope, too bad.” Looks like I am gonna have to contact Corporate just to get some downloadable armor…

I never pre-order games. I bought the standard edition yesterday and got a crap-load of codes for H4 stuff, much more than I would have gotten if i’d pre-ordered.
Corporate probably will just tell you to go to your local gamestop. If you go in and just show them you receipt and say that you didn’t get a code and to please print off a backup code they should do it. I had to do this today because the pre-order code system where I live crashed around 11:30 and thus I didn’t get my code last night. And if they give you any -Yoink- ask to see the manager. Worst case scenario is you may have to go to another gamestop.

Honestly, then their system screwed up. If you didn’t pre-order you’re not supposed to get codes. Now I can’t say that if you go in and say you pre-ordered and there wasn’t a code on your receipt that they won’t print you off a backup, but flat out buying it without a pre-order shouldn’t net you any codes.
email them at gamestop.com, look for their email, explain what happened and soon they will reply and will ask you to fill out your purchase info from your reciept, i had to do this 2 times before because i didn’t get my codes either but try it, i think it’s your best bet
