Gamestop screwed me over!

i preordered halo 4 and picked it up on release day and in my hurry to get home i didnt notice there were no preorder codes. I live very far away from the closest gamestop and when i call them they say i have to come in because he is “busy” and cant read the codes to me. Now i can never get my arctic BR unless i drive 2 hours to gamestop. Anyone have an extra code? I could pay you in double xp

Same thing happened to me and a friend of mine from another state. Had to go back the next day and get the print out. I guess they had a pretty big problem with this all over.

It is a lot of codes to read off over the phone with a pretty big potential to get a single character wrong.

Guys, it was a system wide crash. It happened here in California too. Just go in, and say you didn’t get codes the night of the midnight launch. I’ve already gone in twice and gotten replacement codes xD

you dont understand it is a two hour drive just to get there. Im not going out for 4 hours for some codes but i think i deserve them

Have you tried shooting Gamestop’s support an email? They’ve always been generous with missing codes in my experience.

The BR arctic skin code didn’t work for me either. I didn’t think of contacting them to get another code, I thought I was SOL. Ill do the same tonight and see where I get.

Thanks for posting, sometimes I think its just me having some sort of problem.
