I picked up my limited edition Halo 4 last night at the midnight release at the local gamestop. Got home and looked at my receipt to see no codes. I asked other people, and apparently they didn’t give anyone the codes at this gamestop. I looked at powerup rewards, and the extra codes they have there aren’t showing up either. I don’t have any of the codes for preordering it, and no one else got them either there last night. Do I need to call Microsoft or Gamestop because I would usually contact gamestop, but I don’t know about this time. I would like the codes I should have gotten, and I figure gamestop won’t give them to me now.
My GameStops computer system crashed for the codes. I had to give them my name and number and they would call me when I can comeback into the store and get them. To me, that’s a wasted trip and they should be emailed to me.
As for the whole experience of Pre Ordering , free swag and getting my codes, Best Buy blew GameStop out of the water. When I told people in line what I got they were pissed.
For being first in line at BB, they gave me a $80 controller for the 360. It’s the FUS1ON controller. $79.99 retail value before tax. I was blown away by that and naturally über stoked!!
I mean whose computer systems crash on a midnight release?! I’m going to ask for MSP or a gift card just for the simple fact I have to make another trip back to GameStop to get codes.

I thought GameStop’s primary option was to email codes within 24 hours?
They gave me my Assassin’s Creed 3 and WWE 13 codes on the receipt last week on that midnight release. I figured I would get these on the receipt with this too.
Im disappointed that my Best Buy didn’t even have a Midnight Release…

Wait a minute, How do you look up codes on power rewards stie?
I’m guessing that reply was in regards to the br artic skin and forest skin? I would like to know as well how we get the gamestop power rewards dlc?
I called my gamestop today and they said I either had to pick up my codes or they could tell them to me over the phone. I’m concerned becuase I got both the LE and the console so I belive I should have two sets of codes. When I call them back later today, I’m gonna request for an e-mail through power up rewards.

I’m a little confused, can someone tell me what the pre-order bonuses were for the standard edition? Yeah, I was too late to preorder and LE was out of stock, and I’m not sure if I’m waiting on anything. No codes on my receipt.
I believe standard edition got the forest skin and hazop armor, the arctic br skin, the haven theme for the dashboard, the bonebreaker, assaassin, and mjolnir emblems, and the ghost avatar prop. one or more of those might be if you are a poerup rewards member but i am not sure.
I got those but i cant find them at all on my profile. Any idea what happend? Or where i go to use them?
lady who gave me my game last night at gamestop.told me to come in today and get them.i myself dont worry about the pre order items so i havent went to get them.
You guys arent the only ones with that problem. Got mine last night, and the preorders didn’t work. Im gonna head back today and hopefully i can get it.
did ya’ll try re downloading them? and they are marked funny in the Spartan hub. and remember that the forest skin is ONLY for the Hazop armor. the BR skin says something like BR ARCT. and the Haven theme for the dashboard is titled WAR GAMEs HAVEN.
The Gamestop I was at said Hurricane Sandy had caused some problems that in turn affected getting the codes out last night. They told us to come back in the next day or two and we can get them. No big deal.
I went and got mine today no problem.
