This means that people who order from GameStop start with a br

No I think you will have to unlock the BR first, although I may be wrong, I am getting mine from game and I get the BR Skin as well so I hope I can use it at launch also you unlock it really early on anyway so it doesn’t really matter

I don’t know, when it comes to armor skins you unlock them without needing the base armor. Of course if you do unlock a weapon by using the skinned version that means that people who get console get level 1 Light Rifle and Gamestop preorders get level 1 battle rifle.
And LE gets level 1 Assault Rifle… oh wait.

If the AR was weak like it was in Reach, I’d agree with your implied point. But the LE skin for the AR is pretty boss.
Also, as preorder bonus, it may just be unlocked right off the bat just like the recon bonus for Reach.
I love the artic camo for the BR, im just wondering what rewards people will get when they reach the highest rank
