I pre-ordered my copy from gamestop but the store I went to for the midnight release was affected by hurricane Sandy. Their systems were down or something and they made us all write our e-mails down on a piece of paper so they could send us the codes when they could. Its been a couple weeks now and still no e-mail, what can I do?
My first suggestion would be to contact the GameStop you got the game from. They may not have sent the codes yet or might just have your e-mail wrong.
If that doesn’t help, you could try their customer support line or corporate offices.
Just go in, and bring your receipt to prove there were no codes. They’ll give you a printout.
