Today i noticed game stop was offering a halo 4 map pass Microsoft points card its not available now but you can pre order it and they had a cool halo 4 master chief sign with a count down timer 38 days looked awesome
I am sort of thinking about going to midnight launch when the line is 2 mins but idk how long it’ll be I’ve only been to 2 midnight launches and it took awhile im sure for halo it would be 2 times longer then the ones ive been to really would like to get it then
I thought so as well I think Gamestop is bluffing. Gamestop is looking for excuses to get more customers. I still find Gamefly’s commercial on Gamestop hilarious because it is true.

Last year, when I went to pick up Reach, we got there about an hour before and the line was huge, so we just walked down to Wal-Mart (right beside Gamestop) and chilled until a little after midnight. Came out, the line was pretty much gone, walked in, got the game, got out of there.
There’s really no point in going to the midnight release super early unless you’re just that desperate that you can’t wait just a tad longer or because you didn’t pre-order and you’re trying to get a copy before they run out.

i don’t understand what your trying to say…is it a Microsoft Points card with halo 4 theme…or the map pack pass (season pass)

Hanging out with friends and having a general good time is reason enough. Also having something on you that you can brag about (even though slightly immature) is a plus. In my case a motorcycle that lights up like a -Yoink!- Christmas tree at the press of a button on a remote.
I like to attend them just for the enjoyable sense of community there is.

I went to the midnight release of CEA last year early, only because I wouldn’t have been able to get the game until a week later.
I can understand waiting a day or two, but a week would be Hell.
