So is EB games. I was at Gamestop putting some money down on my LE of Halo 4 and I got curious about the Halo 4 reserve numbers. So I asked and I almost spit out my soda. I’ve never seen so many reserves for one title.

Halo 4 sales wise is going to be huge / maybe even bigger then any other Halo title to date
As for the game being great only time will tell .

Halo is currently third overall in my store. First and second are for Black ops 2 and Assassin’s Creed 3. Of course this is counting both 360 and PS3, when it comes to 360 only Halo 4 has more reserves than both CoD and AC combined. We’re a mall store, with pretty much the lowest reserves in the district and Halo 4 is at about 200 reserves. Once we get to November we will probably have between 500 and 600 reservations on it, because most people here (Tucson, AZ) wait until the last minute. And yes, we will be busy. Very, very busy.
I’m under the impression that CoD repeating itself has finally made its mark and people are looking off towards something new. The only other big seller making a push is Halo 4, so everybodys gonna try their luck with that.
Of course, if Halo is the same game they played in 2004, then they’ll quickly trade the game in because they got tired of Halo before they got tired of CoD.

Yes you’ll still get it as long as you pick it up within 48 hours of the release or call your local store to have them hold it for you longer.
