I got value shipping, which isn’t a great decision, but even value shipping only asks for 2 days of processing and 5-10 business days of shipping. The order doesn’t even have a tracking number yet, so it cant have been processed, and its the 3rd day after release. Am I the only one to have this issue?
All I know is that Gamestop isn’t getting my pre-order ever again.
Also forgot to add, is it possible they forgot about my order?
Yeah gamestop is the worst. They didn’t even honor pre-order bonuses at the store I bought it from

That’s one of the reasons I went online, I don’t trust the stores. But, it seems, I made the wrong decision.
Same here, and its been almost a week since halo 5 release, and like you, order hasn’t even been processed yet, but the money was subtracted from my bank account already, like if it was paid already, but says pending. I have sent emails already, but they haven’t reply to the last one. Gonna try call them and see what’s going on
Why people still do business with them is beyond me.
