I have been seeing a lot of conflicting information so can someone clear this up once and for all for me please.

Does Gamestop in the US get the Arctic BR skin or not?

their commercials say yes but their website says no…

please provide proof.

According to the GameStop staff, they will email the code for the online orders.

Gamestop/EB Games, same thing. They get the Arctic Skin no matter where they are.

GameStop employee here.
If you did an online order your bonus content codes are sent to your email. If you reserved in store the codes will print out on the receipt once you pick up the game.

Although EB is now a part of GameStop, it is region specific and the preorder bonuses are not always the same.

No problem, and thanks. I’m not gonna lie, I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with GameStop. But for every idiot that people deal with there are at least 10 good associates, the idiots just stand out more.
