Hey, I just wanted to know what other games you guys are getting this fall and why. I am definitely getting Halo 4 (obviously!) but I’m in High School and on a budget, so I can’t get every game I want. Right now, it’s between COD BLOPS 2, Assassins Creed 3, Dishonored, Far Cry, and a few others. I would only get COD because most of my friends will get it. The others just look like a lot of fun. What do you guys think? If you could only get one game other than Halo 4, which would it be? Also, how are you guys coping with the wait for Halo 4?

Um, I’ve seen topics that say “What games are you playing while waiting for Halo 4” and they aren’t locked. I don’t see why it is off topic, it has at least something to do with Halo 4.

But I’ll probably be getting AC3 and MAYBE Borderlands 2. I would get Crysis 3 but that’s coming out in 2013

Why post more of them? I’ve recently seen a topic like this. This has been covered time and time again.
Borderlands, Assassin, maybe Far Cry though it didn’t impress me at E3. But Bioshock is what I’m looking forward to the most but that’s early next spring. I feel bad for you if you’re going to spend money on CoD when you are on a tight budget.

I’m not creating a thread asking people to discuss games they want to get. I’m trying to see what people are getting to help me decide.

Halo 4, can only afford one game around the holidays and I’m super positive towards halo 4 because 343 actually cares about the community (not that bungie didn’t but scoring two awesome companies in a row is an achievement)

Eh, I’m not sure if I’m gonna get COD, I have to decide. Also, I’m not too sure about Bioshock. It may be awesome, but it won’t be in Rapture… That was my favorite part of Bioshock 1.

Dihonored, Assassin’s Creed 3, Watch_Dogs, and Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs.
For me, Borderlands 2 and maybe Dishonored if it gets good reviews.
I’m in high school too, and I’m on a limit of how much money and time I can spend on video-games.
I think Halo 4 will be enough to keep me occupied, but if not, I will probably purchase one or a few of these; the two Borderlands games, maybe Black Ops 2, Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, Rock Band Blitz, Dishonored, or maybe Medal of Honor: Warfighter. Far Cry 3 looks pretty interesting too.

I hope so too, especially since I thought of Bioshock 2 as being garbage when compared to its predecessor. It’s story, gameplay, and setting were only mediocre in my opinion. Hopefully, Columbia in Bioshock: Infinite will prove to be just as interesting as rapture, and will right all of Bioshock 2’s wrongs.
