For those that don’t know what Games with Gold is:
Well in June, Microsoft unveiled a scheme, where the purpose was to publish 2 free games a month. The first from 1st to 16th and the second from 16th to 30/31st. (Right now Halo 3 is available for free, so don’t forget to grab it if you haven’t already). But the purpose was to only continue this until the end of this year.
Now it’s officialy changed plans, Microsoft has now decided to extended the promotion to a permanent feature. That’s really great news for the Gold user, if they continue to post good games that means. But then of course, free games are always welcomed to my library! I know you got a lot of questions like will it extend to Xbox One and so on, but we have still no words from Microsoft about the new generation.
