I own Gamepass but can’t play
Infact I brought the game before gamepass, but regardless, I can’t load any of the Halo’s. It’ll say (for example) “Halo Reach is not installed. Would you like to install it now?” even though I have them all downloaded. I click “Yes” and nothing happens.
All the Halo’s are installed. In the “change installed games” section they’re all downloaded but blue and locked like I don’t own them.
I’ve seen this is an issue others are having. I’ve re-installed 4 times; logged it and logged out; running the game as admin and even installing through the Microsoft Store and not the Xbox App. To no avail.
I’ve been experiencing this since the 12th. Someone please help. This doesn’t happen on my Xbox

There’s no help right now. The only ‘fix’ is to reinstall Windows 10 or some have had some luck with upgrading to Windows 11. Other than that, every thing else is just wasting your time until they come out with something else. A similar issue happened with MSFS2020. They did finally resolve it. Biggest difference is, they acknowledged the issue officially within hours. You’d almost think 343’s main industry, was avoidance. Here we are, another day and not a peep.

Sit back and relax, been a few issues with Seasons and the MS Store since the weekemd,
there is currently no fix, some have reported the issue goes away with Win 11 insider build upgrade but nothing official,
