I made a thread about this about 5 months ago in which 343 did respond. It was about games and stats not being added to your service record. It is still happening.
If you missed it here’s the jist. Basically games you finish just don’t count. They just disappear. But for some reason medals you picked up in the game do count toward your record. But the win/loss and your k/ds aren’t counted. 343s MMteam responded to my original post with the basic “we’ll look into it” blah, blah. Now I just noticed tonight it’s still happening. One of my CTF games just disappeared. My main concern is how this will skew truskill and csr. Most may not have noticed this but I check my record after every game after I “lost” 3 games in one night months ago. And please do not comment that it will show up eventually, it won’t. It’s not a website lag issue.
So have you, 343i made any headway on this?
You must have a modded profile, I don’t know of anyone else that has this problem…
Yes i’ve noticed this too, i keep a spreadsheet of my kills and other commendations, and I killed a mantis the other week and my stats didn’t update (they still haven’t), I know I killed it as I got the destroyed vehicle award.
I’ve noticed the same thing with various weapons in various games too, some get updated and some dont.

Trust me, I don’t. Really think I’d be posting here if I did? And numerous people commented that they had issues with it too when I brought it up months ago. Not to mention I am not the only one to bring it up.
Had this happen to me before. I like to check the stats in Waypoint after each game and have noticed some games that don’t even show up or are counted as DNF even though they were a complete match.
Not to mention some games randomly count as DNFs.
I just played the whole game on Relay CTF, in fact only one player quit on the other team. Makes no sense. Oh and even though it shows up as a DNF all my stats counted.

Yeah just happened to me the DNF. Still no comments from 343i.
I had this happen before getting my Team Snipers 50. I was a full-49 and won 2 games in a row at 1st place. No 50. Played a game on Haven and barely won and got 1st, and the game never showed up. I went to bed and got up 10 hours later and it still wasnt there. Had to play another (4th game) and win in 1st to finally get my. 50. Haven game to this day never counted.

And it never will count. I just wish they would admit they know about it and say if they can fix it or not.
Still waiting on a response from 343… I am not holding my breath at this point.
Stitch I made a post about this before .It happens when the host quits or leaves the post game lobby too quickly. The game stats are only kept by the host, there is no redundancy built in. A glitch that would have been found in a Beta .
Really? I’ve played full games where no one quits and they don’t show up. Did you get a response from 343i on the subject? If you didn’t I would like one.
No, I didnt get one from them. But I can tell you this is the case. And if its not then they can correct me. I have done enough research on the net coding and in game data transmission that is going on to make you never want to play this mess of a game again if you knew the half of it.
I have read that Halo 4 uses heartbeat servers to keep a record of in-game actions in an attempt to detect cheaters ect.
When the servers have issues during a match data from the player host is partially or completely not received and may not appear on your service record but the match will continue on regardless because one of the players in the match is the host not the servers.
Finally just played Longbow, and went all out for Tank kills.
Blew up 2 tanks 1 with a grenade, and one I pummeled, but only 1 has shown up in my commendations, I have the game on my HD. Tank kills are hard enough as it is without H4 not counting them even when you do get them!
