Are you talking about the most recent gameplay trailer with Knights Of Cydonia? Because if you listen to the lyrics it is sorta connected to the whole ‘theme’ of the game. And imo it’s a great song, if you don’t like Muse don’t listen to it. And since when is it teen music? That’s also strictly your opinion. If you have too much of an ego to play a game that’s rated T fine don’t play.
And how old were you when Breaking Benjamin and Halo 2 were relevant, might I ask? You get my point here? You’re probably in your 20s now. Disinterested in what teens are listening to.
And when Halo 2 came out and I was in my 20s, I didn’t give a yoink about Breaking Benjamin, and would rather have heard … I don’t know … what was I listening to in the 90s? Green Day? lol

It was kind of cheesy, but it could have been worse. The song is very poppy modern (or was once modern) rock. I still don’t like breaking benjamin though, never did. Then again, I have every album by crystal castles so my opinions/taste on music might be way off.

The first lyrics sounded a bit like a part of the Halo theme to me and it wasn’t that distracting since it sounded cool regardless.

Don’t know this Breaking Benjamin fella, but I agree, the song in the latest Halo trailer was garbage and had some pretty trite lyrics. My opinion, of course.

Yeah lol @me for not knowing the song. Maybe if I listened to it or remembered it from that era I would have been more pleased to be back in that mindset. I just wanted something iconic to Halo.
(sorry, but when I hear that riff from “blow me away” or anything like it my mind rushes to glorious days of h2)

Well ok than. I won’t be staying up all night unfortunately because I am a teen and have school lol. So that’s gonna suck for 6 hours.
