So my significant other and I have noticed some issues with how certain things in multiplayer work.
I personally have had problems with the shield/health recharging. I took damage while firefighting, and afterwards I waited a bit before sprinting so my shield would start coming back up. At the halfway point I started running, and my shield and health dropped back down to me being one shot again. I was not taking damage from anyone. My health and shield simply dropped because I started sprinting.
Also, the weapons are extremely inconsistent. There have been many times I’ve had to six shot someone with a pistol or five shot someone with a BR, and I got perfect kill medals. Obviously the issues with this one are it shouldn’t take 5 headshots with a BR to kill or 6 headshots from a pistol. I’ve killed someone with 8 shots even from the pistol and still received a perfect kill medal. There were no apparant connection issues with the match or the person I was shooting so my conclusion is this might be a coding problem. That being said the hit box for all precision weapons could go for some fine tuning.
My fiance has had problems with people dropping weapons when they die that disappear, only to reappear five or six seconds later in the place they should have been dropped initially.
Please for the love of all things holy nurf the AR. It can kill super quickly and from long distances even when you’re full shield. The nades also feel somewhat over powered at times.
Also, I am aware you guys took away the veto/voting option for maps with the intention of not forcing people to have to play the same maps over and over again. Problem is I play the same maps (with the same gametypes) over and over and over again. I HATE it. Every time I go into team arena I get stuck playing Strongholds on the same map. It makes me not even want to play…
A sell all option for the requisition packs we receive as we level would also be a nice option. It would be quicker then going and selling each individual card in lower value packs that don’t contain anything really worth keeping.
Lastly, I don’t understand the radar; my fiance doesn’t understand it; my friends don’t get it either. I can understand a low proximity radar where they have to be right on top of you to show up, but this doesn’t seem to function at all. There have been people standing right infront of me or behind me that have shown up as blue dots, or they don’t show up at all. That being said I would love a gametype with no radar.
