Gameinformer Interview

Hey guys,
i found this interview on youtube. To make it quick, do you think that warthog could be the model which was shown at the toy faire (not the Halo 4 one)? And what about Frankie’s Shirt? There’s a 4 on it… and what’s that? A weapon, a ship? Well, could also be nothing… just wanted to shout that out. Oh well, Frankie said they want to show something in the next month or two.
Sorry for potential bad grammar.
What do you think?

Did they say anything important? I don’t have time right now to watch the whole video.

> Did they say anything important? I don’t have time right now to watch the whole video.

They don’t want to let down the fans, they want to stay true to the franchise and the old Halo feel is back. Nothing new.

Oh, so they just say the same thing they say for every interview… Well, thanks anyway for the video.

This interview was before Halo: Anniversary’s release just to let you know

I know, I saw someone elses comment on the video. Wonder why it’s posted now.

Oh, I’m sorry.

they always say the same stuff in every interview and it will probably stay like that for another 6 months

> they always same the same stuff in every interview and it will probably stay like that for another 6 months

Probably you’re right but as i said, they wanted to show something in the next month or two. I guess we have to wait a little longer…

Damn, GameInformer must be itching for Halo 4 news just like us–this interview’s older the Anniversary but it says tey just posted it a day or so ago,

> this interview’s older the Anniversary but it says tey just posted it a day or so ago,

  • title says: “The Road to Halo 4”

NEXT ISSUE OF GI WILL FEATURE HALO 4 OH MY GOD!!

If you guys are still interested in interviews with 343 regarding Halo 4,

Heres another by game informer, it talks about Halo 4 a ‘little’ more than the other. Again, it is before Halo Anniversary’s release but still interesting never the less.

Just so you know, Frankie’s shirt has a trumpet on it.

Halo 4’s core gameplay now involves trumpets. You heard it here first.

Intriguing… I have a feeling that the weapon’s damage is based on your skill to produce a horrible song by using the four buttons on the D-Pad. Of course, the worse the song you play sounds, the more damage people around you take. To make it not too overpowered, I believe that the trumpet should have a range of approximately 25 meters (same as your motion sensor) in a 360 degree arc. At first your Spartan gets paralyzed, and you must quickly run to your tv and mute it to prevent any further damage (whoever can run to their tv to mute it before the trumpet makes their brain explode obviously has skill, so once again it’s a skill-based weapon and counter). If not…well… your brain explodes. It should be a quick three second kill time too, making it fair though not unbeatable.

So in short, it’s a perfect skill-based weapon that utilizes the D-Pad, something fans have been wanting for a long time!

My God… of course! This will obviously create a skill gap like nothing that’s been in shooters before. The pros will cry with joy!
