I have followed all of the steps I got on the email got to the store page for the MCC Insider, the 10mb install. Once i launch that however It loads up and nothing happens. It just shows me a picture of the logo and nothing else. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it’s the same every time. I have checked my emails and even unrolled and re enrolled on the insider app and its still doing the same thing
Had some luck with on Discord and with others on the forums. Try the following steps:

Make sure your windows updates are fully up to date - Make sure your windows store app has all updates installed - Restart your machine and try againIf you’ve done that or that fails, try resetting your store cache

Right Click on the Start Button, then - Click on Run. - Enter WSReset.exe and - Click on OK or hit your Enter Key - It can take a minute, maybe more for this to run but once the DOS window closes and the store opens: - Restart your computerAfter that try reinstalling the game again
