My copy of Halo 5, which is downloaded onto my console, won’t let me access the multiplayer, my requisitions, or even my Spartan customization. It only lets me access solo campaign and the settings. And down in the lower right hand corner of the main menu screen, where it has the little globe thing, it says offline, even though I’m clearly online. I haven’t played in a while. So long in fact that the new Hog Wild update released without me even knowing until I came here to waypoint. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
That happens to me when I am offline. Did you run the mp connection check in XBL? Also try a hard reset on your xbox. This had nothing to do with Hog Wild. There was nothing to download for that update.

How do I run the mp connection check and how do I do a hard reset? And I didn’t mean that the update did it, I meant that maybe me not playing it for so long did it.
MP connection: From main XBL menu. Go to settings, network, check multiplayer connection
Hard reset: From main XBL menu, press the xbox button until the box shuts down, it takes about 9 seconds. restart the game.
I would try hard reset first.
I have been having trouble with req packs. I have everything unlocked accept for emblems but even when I open a gold req pack, I only get the req point cards back. Please help me

Congratulations!! The emblems that are left for you are only available by completing commendations. There are emblems for each commendation. Others can only be obtained through achievements like beta prime, which is only available if you participated in the H5 Beta.
