Idk if anyone has had or is also currently having this issue. My game will not launch on my Series X. I go to play the game, it shows me the startup screen for 3 seconds then crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, soft reseting and full factory reseting my console. I’ve been in talks with Halo Support and Microsoft support for weeks. Nothing is being done. Halo Support doesn’t know what is going on and neither does Microsoft. This is not the only game to do this. Other developers believe it’s a hardware issue but Halo Support and Microsoft don’t. The games I’m having issue with work fine on my old OG Xbox One but not my new Series X. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.
Perhaps a basic question, but is the game installed on the internal drive?
It is installed on the internal hard drive. I don’t have any external storage for the console yet.
