tried to launch the tech preview, and it shows an error saying ~
“Could not find compatible Graphics Device due to the following missing feature: Hardware Tiles Resources Tier 2… Please ensure you have a DirectX 12 compatible graphics adapter and have installed the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer.”
I have the most resent graphics card drivers available for my device (V21.5.2)
Please help, as im super eager to try infinite!

It’s an old card now, might not be supported
AMD no longer supports the 300-series cards, and if the game says it requires DirectX 12, you’re probably out of luck entirely. While the 370 technically supports DX12, at least it says it does, it’s a bit misleading, because it actually only uses the DX11 feature set, which would definitely leave you unable to run the game entirely if DX12 feature set is required.

In dxdiag it says im running DirectX 12 though, weird

Looking in the list of supported GPUs for AMD that can be found in the game files, it looks like they label the R7 370 as not supported outright. Like I mentioned, the 370 is an odd card because it says it supports DX12, but for whatever reason, AMD only has it supporting DX11 features, not DX12 features. While that isn’t always a problem for games that run DX12, if they’re relying on features that DX12 supports, then you’ll be unable to play them. Unsure of what Infinite is using from the DX12 feature set, but it’s obvious it’s using something from it.
Really it’s AMD’s fault, not yours or the game, cuz it is pretty misleading to say a card supports DX12 but then go and have it run the feature set of DX11 instead.
