I have been trying to install halo 5 on my Xbox for two days now with no success. The game stops is installing at 30% even though I bought halo 5 a year ago and installed properly then. The error code is 0x87e00064 and there is no scratches on the disc nor it is dirty. I’m getting sick of this I even contacted Xbox and they don’t know what the problem is. I even did a factory reset on my Xbox which also had no success. Can someone help?
Do you have enough space on your Xbox? It’s 97.8GB worth of game.
And if you have an external HD make sure that all the game files are on a single drive. You may have had enough space initially on your system HD, but no longer do, and the game can’t be separated between the two.

I had 130gb before I downloaded halo 5 with over just 30gb to spare after. Xbox said to me just buy a new copy but are too stingy to send me another copy thanks for the help though.
