Ok I’ve been bs’d twice today first I had a game of warzone firefight which I couldn’t take out or use a single req the entire game. It made me waste a boost seeing as I could’ve gotten so many more points had I been able to use anything other than the first assault rifle and pistol and once again I have footage of this and will send it to 343 if they want to try to dispute me. Secondly I just got scammed out of my level 91 promotion pack bc my Xbox tried to update an app that I had already paused once today so I paused it again after the game didn’t let me open the pack and didn’t shut the game down and as soon as I came back it wasn’t even there. Ffs how is the game 3 years old and still having these issues? I can’t tell you how much stuff ive earned and lost like this but I’m done with it. I’m so tired of this bs I just want to enjoy Halo and y’all have to make it difficult to even like it. Give me someone at 343 I email and actually get an answer from and give me my promotion pack back. Every single time I make a forum post it just gets swept under the rug like 343 doesn’t want to acknowledge that their game has problems nor do they seem to care about fixing them or righting them.
Don’t worry OP, you won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory.
