So I recently Bought Halo Wars 2 and it will not Launch no matter what I try I have tried to speak dozens of Microsoft Agents and everything nothing seems to work. So basically what happens is I launch it and its a black screen with the Halo symbol and it stays there for about 2 to 3 minutes then closes without anything happening at all sometimes something will pop saying this

Please enable your internet connection and then restart the game to play.
I have troubleshooted my internet many times there is just nothing wrong with it. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game as well there is nothing that works that I have tried and I have tried a lot of different stuff.
My Windows 10 is completely Updated
My PC Specs are
CPU is AMD FX 8350 Eight Core Processor
My GPU is the Nividia Geforce GTX 1060 3GB
I have 32 GB of G.skill DDR3 Ram
Note I do not own a xbox so I am not trying to play this game on Xbox I am trying to play it on my PC.
