Okay, first off I’m a poor to moderate Halo Player (and casual). I always have been and thought I always would be not so good. But after this recent “Weapon Tuning” I can actually run with a Positive K/D.
Is it supposed to be like this?
The system is holding game starts a bit longer, so you should be getting a better match of players closer to your skill level (and mine, btw!)
Also, some of the advantages that the really skilled players have using DMR’s in small spaces may be getting dimished a bit, as the other devices are brought up, so that will also help.
No, it’s not that because I usually play with friends who are 130 and I get Matched in 130 matches all the time.
It’s just sooo much easier to kill people now with both the DMR and BR.
Sr ranks do not mean skill. they tweaked with CSR matching. so you should match closer to your skill level now.

Well, the DMR didn’t really change so it’s clearly your perception of things, not the facts of the update.
I agree with the OP because I too am not that good at this game. This game is incredibly easy now. My first game, I went 23-2 or something and the second I went 25-5 or something like that.
The DMR is way easier to use now that the magnetism isn’t pulling my sight halfway across the screen anymore. The BR, nuff said. I have always been proficient with the BR and now this is starting to feel like a cake walk.
I am in no way complaining about this update at all, but I’m just saying it feels a lot easier to play now. I think the skill gap has actually decreased, not increased as some of you wanted on here.
