My game took forever to install then got to 81% and just stopped installing and wont continue. Any Ideas? If I don’t get it figured out I’m taking the game back and getting my money back… Very disappointed in what all is going on…
Same thing happened to me when installing. All the games installed except the H5 beta and it got stuck at 71.5%. Go to the XB1 home and hit start when you have the main screen highlighted. Go to “quit” and restart the game. The game should continue to download and if it stops again, repeat. If this does not help shut the XB1 off and restart completely. It will work.
