Lets get this straight, there isn’t enough game space to execute every code of flash animation in HALO 4. But there are enough Ideas to keep the franchise successful in the near future. Now, until we can operate on a new console, with incredible “code shrinking skills” and a cooling unit to play those high res. graphics without it overheating and a additional 2-3-4 gigs of extra space. We the community are going to have to produce the best, quickest, and most impressive Ideas to date, that are minuscule enough that our beloved 360’s and 343 can handle. I’m sure some of the community’s ideas ARE the best to date. However, 343 knows we’re not game makers and they could care less if it’s the best idea of all time. They know the numbers. They want the simple, computational idea right now. We should only be improving game-types, multiplayer, and DLC right now. Some people literally think the movies we watch are completely new and were actually constructed 3 months before airing in theaters. But they actually are made two year’s before the release date. And are on a 3-6-12 month waiting list. New movies that are about to release near this post date are older than you actually wouldn’t think of. But they are. Same exact time frame occurs with games. They are no different. Soo…yeah.
I think I would much rather prefer that they span it onto multiple disks… with a check put in place where if all the games are on your hard drive, it will just load it up without needing disk swapping
I wouldn’t mind Halo 4 being on 2 disks, meaning one for campaign and one for multiplayer - firefight.
Because the campaign will probably be bigger with more AI’s on screen, graphics etc. and the other disk - multiplayer and firefight. Firefight maps can be bigger and more AI’s as well. And have a decent theater mode.
Have it in 3 discs. Who cares. All i care about is how good this game turns out.

How many AI characters on screen has nothing to do with disc space.
They’ve said that Halo 4 will be using a modified Reach engine, so don’t expect anything amazing or even good.
Reach had a terrible engine and is the only Halo game that manages to have slowdown during solo campaign. Honestly, as soon as I heard modified Reach engine H4 went from my number 1 most anticipated 2012 game to about number 5. Here’s to hoping 343 can polish Bungie’s incompetent coding into something playable.
