This is happening all the time to me. Even after one year of its release, this is not fixed. frustrating!
I just got reset yesterday for the 50th time since this game came out (I know cuz my controls were reset to default and my campaign saves are gone). If u go to the halo wars 2 support forums u will see there is already multiple threads on this issue and no devs ever respond to people’s cries for help. U basically had to finish the campaign and get all the achievements within the first month of the games release, cuz once the first hw2 update came out in March 2017, it’s been nothing but problems with achievements and campaign progress being erased. The sad part is this is ruining the game for hundreds of people and the devs won’t even respond about it. And eventually a moderater will just take this thread and move it to the support forums were it will continue to be ignored. I have all the achievements for hw1 and hw1 definitive edition but I’ve given up trying to unlock the achievements in hw2. Will someone please respond about what’s being done about this? Absolutely unprofessional how this issue is just being swept under the rug and ignored for the last year
