I have got gold medal in all of the campaign missions, however when I logged in today it has said that 3 are only silver, it still says I have done all my objectives and I still have the achievement for doing all the gold’s. Does anyone know why it has done this and if so how do I get it back to normal ?
Has anyone had this problem, on losing game saves details, Microsoft has done some troubleshooting and it isn’t my Xbox or account.
I have all the bonus objectives yet I haven’t got the achievement. Also when I logged on today all my spearbreaker progress was reset. Except the medal and the difficulty.

My objectives have stayed, but I have lost my gold medals on some missions, I have also lost my logs from the spearbreaker, it has seemed to have started today, all Microsoft have said is get hold of Halo, but I can’t find a way of contacting them, that is why I started this forum.
There is no way to contact them directly. It could be a server issue so id just wait and see.
About halfway through playing the campaign, all my saved games were lost. It still said I completed the missions, but the saves I had were all gone.

Ok thanks, I thought it was weird when Microsoft said contact halo, because unfortunately there isn’t a were of doing it.
I just want it put right because I finished it 100% in March, I don’t want to have to redo things again, its not good, it was fine before I started the spearbreaker missions.
My halo wars Definitive Edition save has also been affected, it says I haven’t got gold on near all the missions, which is completely wrong I have gold on all, this bug is not good

I did get hold of Microsoft custom service team and spent over a hour going though troubleshooting and that did not fix it, so I know it is not me and my console that has caused the problem. Microsoft has told me to get hold of 343/halo, but this is the only way, so I hope someone gets back to me and sort out this very annoying problem/bug/glitch - Platform is Xbox One - My gamertag is SHAD0WKN1GHT094 - My region is the UKHope to hear from someone soon

This seems different from the lost save issue that the devs are tracking. It sounds like you have lost ability to get the cloud saves. I’m going to try to track down some steps I can provide you to get more information on this.

I have a problem with statics the game time shortens once for some time to about 6 hours.
I still have all the time blocked the last 2 movies in the cinema despite the campaign I finished 2 times.
And every time I run the game shows me that I have not read this information about buildings, units, etc.
Does anyone have this problem because I do not have peace?
Still got a problem with the campaign game save, saying I haven’t done objectives and gold medals when I have done them all. I did do some again on one of the new missions the other week, but it has cancelled it again.

I believe I’m also having this problem. I try to play my save from Operation Spearbreaker and it says there was a problem accessing your save files. I try loading the level from the safe files and it says you need to install operation: spear breaker to load this save game. Mine is installed so I’m not sure what’s upZ
I am still having a problem with it not saying that I have done things on here, like the medals and objectives. It has been 3 months now and nothing has been fixed.

Yeah, it’s not good. I have also noticed that two cinematic are now locked and says I haven’t done them.
My halo wars 2 isn’t recognising my save games even though there on my hard drive.
I downloaded a 2.something MB update earlier don’t know if that’s something to do with it.
On my record it says I’ve done all missions except for the 4th and 5th awakening the nightmare ones which is right.
Just my saved games they have disappeared on th game.
It could be the update, my problem started in July’s update. Luckily I still have my achievements to show I have done them, but it is a shame on my game it says I haven’t done things, which took me a while to do, so I don’t see why I should do them again.
spearbreaker worked fine for me but AtN has caused this issue (after completing the 4th mission),
pretty poor for this to be happening again after it already happened in the last update…
whats also poor is the fact that they are now trying to patch this with a 3Mb fix but I have to download another 42Gig in order to get it… i mean really? ffs
