About a day ago it started happening… I’ll play 2 to 3 games in MM and then it resets the game back to the xbox home screen… I then would have to start the game again… anyone have this problem as of late??! It only happens after a MM game finishes, when it goes to the carnage report!

That sounds like the same issue me and a few other guys were experiencing last night. Over the course of an hour or so we all got dash boarded at least once before the carnage report. No idea why.
Atleast its not registering as illegal quitting… it hasnt been giving me any of those “youve been quiting out too much” warning messages… so that means the games have been registering but has been glitching/restarting/crashing right at the moment a game finishes!

Interesting, never experienced this issue before. Try hard resetting the Xbox by unplugging the power cable for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. If that doesn’t work, a clean uninstall and reinstall ought to do it, but I feel this is a server side issue, so you might not be able to do anything until it fixes itself.

It was definitely the server end that caused the glitch, as multiple people discovered the same problem as i did… possibly a certain area/regional problem…
