As the title says, my game is lately crashing to the XBox One main menu regularly when I try to purchase REQ packs. This started this week after I started playing again (I didn’t play for a couple weeks and missed the last two updates so I’m not sure which update may have caused it.
Does someone else have this same problem or a fix for it?
Hi, you can try restarting Halo or doing an Xbox Hard Reset(Hold power button down for 10seconds), hope it works:)

I think you misunderstand my problem. Sometimes when I try to purchase a REQ pack I get thrown back to the XBox main menu so I’m forced to restart Halo anyways. This has happened multiple times in the last week.
This just happened to me when I spent an hour getting req points and open a gold pack and then it -Yoinking!- crashed, how the hell am I supposed to get my req points or a gold pack back!!!
I havent been crashing but I get an REQ Pack error that says I bought the pack but can’t open it. However when I check my open packs, it’s gone. So I just wasted hours for nothing…
This happens to me as well and 343 need to fix this quick
It is a known glitch. No word on a fix.
this happens to me multiple times a day, its been getting worse recently. I used to have major issues with the REQ system in general, now the REQs always load up fine and I never get the REQ service unavaiable but i’m getting this issues instead.
