Is there anyway to watch full game recordings like you can in Theater but on a PC with an internet connection? I know how to bookmark games, save and watch 30 second clips or up to 2 minute clips if I so choose but I don’t have access to the Microsoft Server with all of my previous games on PC. Is that even possible right now?

If you record the game through the Xbox video recording, you should be able to watch it just like any other Xbox One clip.
