Hi, I’m running Windows 8 on PC and like what the title suggests, my progress isn’t syncing from Waypoint to my game. The game was installed on my PC before, and I had beaten the game (gold star for all missions and stuff). When I heard about the title update I got a bit excited and after waiting a day or so and not seeing an update through Windows Store (it is August 29th here), I decided to reinstall it (through the store, of course) and see if the update was pushed. After installing, yes, Operation Hydra was there, but none of my progress, other than my acquired achievements ( hope nobody minds the emphasis ) were left on my PC, but everything was still on Waypoint. I have tried logging in and out of the game multiple times but nothing changes; every mission was locked though I had beaten them all before, my mission specific challenges progress was all gone, etc etc, except achievements acquired for some reason. The progress should sync automatically, right? I really don’t want to grind through the whole game again after spending so many hours on it to beat it, just to be able to play Operation F. Really would appreciate any help on this!

Hey Mate, this is not a problem with the update or with 343. Everyone is experiencing this problem because the cloud storage system is down at the moment. Hopefully it should be back up soon, and 343 will probably let us know when. All your progress and stats are fine, i would just wait till cloud storage is back up and continue in your progress
