I get booted from the halo server a lot. My internet is fine, live works, just kicks me from games on random days. Does not happen in any other game, just halo 5.
I live on US east coast.
Should I reinstall the game? Will I loose all my stuff if I reinstall.
PLZ HELP!

No idea. But I’d contact xbox support.

I had the problem losing connection at the end of matches and thought it was 343’s servers. I checked my modem which was way out of date. Was only pulling in 1/2 the speed. got a new modem and haven’t had the problem since.

You can call your internet provider and test the modem connection. Hope this helps.
