I’ve been playing Halo 3 on my 360 because of nostalgia and Ive been having some trouble with lag/shots not registering/screwy moving mechanics. I remember back in the day playing and having the same problems, however my internet connecting is light l years ahead of what it used to be 10 years ago. Right now I have a consistent 20ms-25ms ping which is not stellar but still pretty good and a 12mb upload and 60 download. With all of this my game still doesn’t run as smoothly as id like it to run, the movement mechanics are especially bad. It feels like theres some sort of resistance when I try to move in any direction and because of that I cant make some jumps and strafe effectively. Does/Did anyone have similar problems?
I used to have those problems, but now I’ve got a better connection and since then I’ve been able to play Reach Firefight matchmaking. Still need to test Halo 3, ODST and Spartan Ops.
